We're currently experiencing an exceptionally high number of referrals to our service. We reply on local authority funding to operate our services, and our capacity is limited by available resources. This means waiting times for adult one-to-one counselling may be up to 12 months. However, following your referral, we’ll be in touch much sooner than this to arrange an assessment and explain the support process.
While you wait for your first counselling appointment, you can access our free online wellbeing classes, which cover a wide range of topics designed to help you manage stress, anxiety, and improve overall wellbeing.
We’re incredibly proud of the work we do - last year we supported over 19,800 people across our communities. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue working hard to try and support everyone who needs us.
