What we eat doesn’t just fuel our bodies - it shapes our mood, focus, and mental wellbeing. Together, we’ll unpack the impact of ultra-processed foods on mental health, explore the gut-brain connection, and look at how blood sugar, inflammation, and nutrition influence mood, energy, and long-term brain health. The session blends evidence-based learning with practical, realistic food choices that support positive mental wellbeing - without judgement or diet rules.
All our courses are delivered within a group environment so you must be willing to participate in group exercises. Our course facilitators are extremely experienced however they are not trained counsellors and so are not able to offer individual therapeutic support. The courses will be delivered via video sessions - further details on how to join the online sessions will be emailed prior to the date you have registered to attend.
Our courses are completely free of charge to those living within the Glasgow City Council area.
We are able to offer our courses free of charge to Glasgow City Council residents due to the funding we receive from Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership. This unfortunately means that we are currently unable to offer a place on any of our courses to anyone that doesn't live within the area that we cover.
