One to one counselling gives you space and support to deal with personal and social issues in more depth and to develop the skills, confidence and emotional resilience necessary to face personal challenges and difficulties.
Counselling is an individual appointment with a Lifelink Practitioner in a safe and confidential environment. The counselling process is unique to each individual in their personal circumstances. It helps individuals to understand and manage feelings, thoughts, and behaviour, and supports the improvement of problem solving and coping skills to overcome your own personal challenges and difficulties.
You may refer yourself directly into our services or be referred by your GP, Health Practitioner or an organisation in your community. We have a number of service centres and venues located in neighbourhoods across Glasgow. To refer yourself or someone else for Lifelink's services you can:
