One to one counselling gives you space and support to deal with personal and social issues in more depth and to develop the skills, confidence and emotional resilience to help face personal challenges and difficulties.
Counselling takes place with a Lifelink Practitioner in a safe and confidential environment. The counselling process is unique to the individual based upon their personal circumstances. It helps individuals to understand and manage feelings, thoughts, and behaviour, and supports the improvement of problem solving and coping skills to help overcome your own personal challenges and difficulties.
Participants will be assessed by a Lifelink therapist prior to referral to this service - click here to refer yourself or someone else.
We deliver a pilot service that aims to improve access to mental health resources within the Deaf Community in Greater Glasgow. This service is delivered via a number of communication methods, including BSL. Full details and information on how to refer can be found by clicking here.
