As Service Delivery Director I am responsible for our overall client experience and overseeing the delivery of Lifelink’s services. Strong Relationships and client satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do, and I work with a dedicated and passionate service delivery team who take great pride in working together to ensure we are supporting young people and adults with their mental health and wellbeing.
Before joining Lifelink, my background has been the travel and tourism industry where I spent 30 years in various roles including call centre management, service delivery and customer experience. I believe that no matter what sector or industry you come from delighting your customers and delivering what they need is key to successful partnerships and a Lifelink we are committed to providing exceptional service.
With my background, it will come as no surprise that I love to travel and explore new places, preferably where the weather is warmer and where there is a sunchair and cocktail waiting in the wings. I also love to explore our beautiful Scottish countryside and love nothing more that a long walk with my family and dog in toe.
My other pleasures in life are music, cooking and of course eating and I am at my happiest pottering around in the kitchen and feeding the family my newest concoction or recipe.
