Join us as a Customer Services Assistant
Grade 2/3: £16,926 to £21,500 (Full or part time - placement dependent on experience - pro rata for part time posts)
This role is crucial as first point of contact and therefore the first opportunity for Lifelink to project a positive, vibrant and professional impression to our customers, clients and stakeholders.
We're looking for individuals with a desire to make a difference to people’s lives and those who can thrive in a fast paced and performance driven environment.
You will be taking and inputting client referrals, scheduling appointments, responding to queries, staffing reception, and assisting with general administrative duties within our Customer Services Department.
