I am the Director of Planning & performance which means I am responsible for ensuring that we have the right people in the right place at the right time to continue to provide the amazing services which Lifelink provides. I also oversee IT and the Health & Safety team, so that everyone also has the right tools to perform to their full ability.
Prior to joining Lifelink, I spent time in a number of industries including Care, Local Government and Business Process Outsourcing, but in the main I have held Senior roles within Education; working for the University of Strathclyde, the Construction Industry Training Board and latterly the Scottish Qualifications Authority. Over the years my role included Planning, Forecasting. Reporting, Statistics and Operational Management.
After a diverse career, I am delighted to be a part of the Lifelink family, and that is exactly what working for Lifelink is – a family. With my personal experiences of the challenges that Mental Health issues can present, I am proud to be a part of such an amazing organisation and am delighted to be able to bring my own experiences and knowledge to the table.
In my spare time I love to watch and play a number of sports and I play the guitar. My door is always open and am increasingly impressed with the ever growing passion and knowledge within the Lifelink teams.
