In my role as clinical quality lead, I work within the management team ensuring all clinical processes, procedures and practices are delivered to the highest standard in line with governing bodies' ethical and professional standards. I am on hand to provide clinical guidance to counsellors and managers on any issues which arise and to ensure any clinical feedback is handled in a timely and appropriate manner. I relish the challenge of ensuring our counsellors receive the best possible support to enable them to deliver the highest standards of counselling to our diverse client group.
I spent several years working in counselling and counselling management across various multinational health and wellbeing companies and within the NHS prior to joining Lifelink in 2019.
I firmly believe in the importance of creating a great work life balance, and when not providing support to Lifelink counsellors, management or clients, I can usually be found on the water, following my passion for sailing (I have two transatlantic crossings under my belt!) Family is also hugely important to me and I always ensure I make regular space to spend time with my two adult ‘kids’ and their multinational partners (one German and one Indian!)
