Well Being Stress Management Workshops.Learn more about recognising the signs of stress, anxiety, depression and the steps you can take to feel better, as well as hearing about the agencies which are there to support you if you need that extra bit of advice.
The Well Being workshops are a series of 4 sessions covering different aspects of recognising and dealing with stress, including lifestyle issues, relaxation, exploring helpful and unhelpful behaviour, looking at patterns of thinking in response to stress, and problem-solving techniques.
It’s also recognised that older and younger people don’t access services as much as the rest of the population so we are going to develop a programme just for you.
