Under 16’s

Hi.  Self-harm and thoughts of suicide affect people of all ages, male and female.  Because of this we have a section dedicated to people under 16.

At LifeLink we have an Under 16’s worker who works along side the Youth Stress Centre based in Royston.

They spend time working in the local schools/youth clubs in North Glasgow explaining how stress can affect young people and how to deal with your emotions.  We are taught how to read and write but rarely are we taught about our emotions and how to express them.

If you are interested in LifeLink and the Youth Stress Centre coming to your school or youth group feel free to contact us: info@lifelink.org.uk.

We are located just off of Royston Road at the Millburn Centre.  You can check out where we are on the map located on the homepage.  Just click on the LifeLink banner on top to take you back there.

If you would rather talk over the phone then don't hesitate to call us on the number below.
