One to one Treatments

Counselling

The counselling process is unique to each individual in their personal circumstances. We can help you to understand and manage your feelings, thoughts, reactions and behaviour and improve your problem solving and coping skills.

Therapeutic Massage

Through this process we can learn where tension is held, how patterns and pain develop in the body, and how to work towards releasing these. It can be a very rewarding and nourishing treatment, releasing tension and anxiety, and improving overall wellbeing. Other treatments can be used in conjunction with therapeutic massage.

Relaxation

Personal time is important. Focused
relaxation teaches people how to relax and remain relaxed in stressful situations.

Case Work

Case work is to help people at risk of suicide or self harm to regain stability in their lives. We also work in partnership with a wide range of other services to assist clients who have additional support needs, e.g. debt advice.

Other Treatments

Acupuncture
